A CEO-led pipeline for a threat intelligence company. LinkedIn, event stages and system integrators, working as one motion.

Security buyers do not buy from a logo they have never heard of. For Phantom Tech we made the CEO the front of the brand: his LinkedIn, his outreach and his time on stage. Around that we built pre-booked event meetings and a channel of system integrators who resell the platform.

About Phantom Tech

Phantom Tech is a Dubai-based threat intelligence company. Its platform brings together threat intelligence and brand protection (PhantomCTI), external attack surface and compliance scanning (PhantomScan), and an AI assistant for security operations teams (PhantomAI).

The platform is multi-tenant and can be white-labelled, which makes it suitable both for direct enterprise customers and for partners who deliver security services to their own clients.

The problem

A crowded category of famous names

Security budgets go to vendors buyers already recognise. A newer threat intelligence company competes for attention with large, established brands in every category it touches.

Security leaders ignore cold vendor pitches

CISOs and security heads receive a constant stream of vendor outreach. Trust comes from people they have seen speak, read or met, not from another sequence.

Direct sales alone could not reach enough accounts

Selling one enterprise at a time limits reach. The white-label model needed partners who already hold the client relationships.

What we did

01Build the CEO's LinkedIn presence

We took over Karim's LinkedIn and ran CXO branding so security leaders in the target markets saw a consistent, credible point of view from the person running the company.

  • Positioning and content for the CEO profile
  • Engagement with security and technology leaders

02Run outreach from the CEO's own profile and inbox

Outreach went out in Karim's name across LinkedIn and email, timed so the same person saw Phantom Tech in both channels without feeling crowded.

  • Coordinated email and LinkedIn sequences
  • A free external exposure check as a low-friction opener

03Put him on stage and on the show floor

We built multiple events into the plan and secured slots for Karim as a speaker and exhibitor, including LEAP in Riyadh.

  • Speaking and exhibiting slots
  • Event presence used as content for LinkedIn

04Pre-book meetings around every event

Meetings with target accounts were confirmed before each event, so time on site went to qualified conversations.

  • Target lists per event
  • Confirmed meeting schedules before travel

05Open a system integrator channel

We reached out to system integrators who can resell or deliver the platform to their clients, and built pipeline with them alongside the direct motion.

  • Outreach that pairs security value with partner revenue
  • Pipeline built with SIs that resell or use the platform

Across the funnel

Every stage had a job. Here is what each one did.

00

Funnel build

A working funnel was already in place, so the program started at the stages below.

01

Top of funnel

CEO LinkedIn branding and speaking slots at industry events such as LEAP.

02

Middle of funnel

Coordinated LinkedIn and email outreach from the CEO, with a free exposure check as the opener.

03

Bottom of funnel

Pre-booked in-person meetings at events and partner conversations with system integrators.

Results. Measured the way the CFO measures them.

Phantom Tech now has a pipeline motion that runs through its CEO and its partners, not only through its sales team.

  • Karim positioned as a visible voice in threat intelligence on LinkedIn.
  • Speaker and exhibitor slots at multiple events, including LEAP in Riyadh.
  • Meetings with target accounts pre-booked ahead of each event.
  • A system integrator channel under construction, with pipeline built alongside SI partners who resell or use the platform.
“In security, nobody buys from a company they have never heard of. Lemniscate Growth put me in front of the market: my LinkedIn, the outreach, and the stages at events like LEAP in Riyadh. We arrived at those events with meetings already booked. They also opened the system integrator channel, which gives us reach we could not have built on our own.”

Lessons

What you can take from this. Even if you never hire us.

01

In security, the CEO is the brand

Buyers screen vendors by the people behind them. A founder or CEO with a visible, consistent point of view does more for trust than any company page.

02

A speaking slot is only worth the meetings around it

Stage time creates credibility for a day. Pair every slot with pre-booked meetings and follow-up content so the credibility turns into pipeline.

03

Sell partners on revenue, not just the product

System integrators say yes when the platform becomes a recurring line in their own business. Lead with the partner economics, then the security capability.

How do cybersecurity startups generate enterprise leads in the Middle East?

Make the founder or CEO visible and pair it with events and partners. For Phantom Tech, a Dubai threat intelligence company, Lemniscate Growth ran CXO branding and outreach from the CEO's LinkedIn, placed him as a speaker and exhibitor at events including LEAP in Riyadh with pre-booked meetings, and built a system integrator channel.

Is exhibiting at LEAP or GITEX worth it for a cybersecurity company?

It is when meetings are arranged before the event and the CEO is on stage. Phantom Tech spoke and exhibited at multiple events, including LEAP in Riyadh, with Lemniscate Growth pre-booking meetings with target accounts. Without a confirmed meeting schedule, large regional shows tend to produce badge scans rather than pipeline.

How do you build a system integrator reseller channel for a security product?

Approach SIs with a revenue model, not a product pitch. Show how the platform becomes a recurring, branded service line for their clients, then support them with co-selling. Lemniscate Growth ran SI outreach for Phantom Tech, whose multi-tenant, white-label platform lets partners resell or deliver threat intelligence to their own customers.

Why did Phantom Tech put its CEO at the front of its brand?

Phantom Tech put its CEO at the front because security buyers screen vendors by the people behind them and rarely buy from a logo they have never heard of. The Dubai threat intelligence company competes with large, established security brands, and CISOs ignore cold vendor pitches. Trust comes from someone they have seen speak, read or met, so we ran CXO branding on the CEO's LinkedIn to give security leaders a consistent, credible point of view.

How did Phantom Tech coordinate LinkedIn and email outreach from its CEO?

Phantom Tech's outreach went out in the CEO's own name across LinkedIn and email, timed so the same security leader saw the company in both channels without feeling crowded. The Dubai threat intelligence company paired those coordinated sequences with CXO branding on the CEO's profile, so a prospect receiving a message could also see his posts and his engagement with security and technology leaders. Each message came from a voice the prospect could check.

How did Phantom Tech turn event speaking slots into pipeline?

Phantom Tech paired each speaking or exhibiting slot with meetings booked before the event. For the Dubai threat intelligence company, we built target lists per event and confirmed meeting schedules before travel, so time on site went to qualified conversations with target accounts. Stage appearances were also reused as LinkedIn content for the CEO. Stage time creates credibility for a day, and the meetings and follow-up around it turn that credibility into pipeline.

Can Phantom Tech's CEO-led approach work for my security company?

It suits security companies in a position like Phantom Tech's: a crowded category of famous names, buyers who ignore vendor pitches, and a CEO willing to post, send outreach in his or her own name and speak at events. The Dubai threat intelligence company also had a platform system integrators could resell or deliver, which opened a second route to market. Without a leader ready to be visible, the model loses most of its force.
