For university leaders

University strategy session. 30 minutes on your next international intake.

For presidents, provosts, deans and international enrolment leaders. We look at your source markets, your consultant mix and your admissions follow-up, and show where a direct channel and a governed partner network would add students first.

Your markets

Where students come from today, where families are moving to, and which markets you are invisible in.

Your consultants

How much of the intake runs through agents, what they are promising, and what a rulebook would change.

Your follow-up

How quickly enquiries get a human answer, and what a small admissions desk would do to conversion.

Pick a time. We will send a short pre-read.

Tell us which programmes and intakes matter, where your students come from today, and how much of your intake runs through consultants. We will come back with a market-by-market view of where direct recruitment would pay first.

Before or after the call

Briefings for university leaders. Short recorded sessions, released from October 2026.

A series for presidents, provosts and international enrolment leaders. Each session is under 15 minutes and ends with the three questions to take back to your team.

Why students blame the university for the consultant's promise

How the commission model creates the three-way conflict, and the rulebook that closes it.

Recruiting Indian students after the H-1B fee headlines

What families now ask about the US, what is actually in force, and how to answer with dated facts instead of reassurance.

Building a consultant network you can audit

Onboarding, partner codes, first-claim rules, spot checks and removing bad actors.

Your own admissions desk in six weeks

Roles, response time targets, counselling scripts and the parent call.

Myth-busting sessions that convert

Running webinars on visas, cost and work rights that families trust and share.

Leadership voice: from recruiter to advocate

Why the university's leaders need to be heard in source markets, and how to do it on LinkedIn.

St. Martinus University Faculty of Medicine in Curaçao recruits students from India and North America. We started with positioning and paid campaigns, then built what most agencies stop short of: institutional partnerships with coaching centres and colleges that refer students, open days in Hyderabad and Vijayawada, and an admissions desk with counselling scripts in English, Hindi and Telugu.

About the session.

Still unsure? Ask us directly.

Who should join the university strategy session?

The person who owns international enrolment, and ideally the president, provost or dean who owns the target. Admissions, marketing and partnerships leads are welcome. The session works best when someone can speak to current intake numbers by market and how much of the intake comes through consultants.

What do we get from the session?

A market-by-market view of where direct recruitment would pay first, the consultant governance gaps we see from the outside, and a draft 90-day plan covering brand, partner rulebook, admissions desk and channels. There is no obligation and no pitch deck until you ask for one.

Is this only for universities recruiting from India?

No. India is the largest source market for many of our target institutions, and our delivery team is in Hyderabad, but we also plan campaigns for the Gulf, Africa, South Asia and South East Asia.
