B2B marketing agency · United States
B2B marketing agency for the United States. Built for committee buying, AI-assisted research and the partner motion.
We run demand generation for B2B technology companies selling across the United States: positioning, content an AI assistant can quote, campaigns by metro and segment, compliant outbound under CAN-SPAM and the TCPA, and the marketplace and co-sell material your partner programs need.
What is different in United States. And what it means for pipeline.
Market snapshot
Dominant industries
Business districts
Outbound in the United States is governed by three layers of rule that do not line up. Federally, CAN-SPAM covers commercial email with no business-to-business exemption, and requires accurate headers, a valid physical postal address and an opt-out honored within 10 business days. The TCPA, at 47 USC 227, covers calls and texts, with most of the FCC's revised consent rules effective from 11 April 2025 and the revoke-all requirement now set for 31 January 2027. State privacy law adds a third layer: twenty comprehensive laws were in force during 2026, and 24 have now been enacted. Almost all of them exclude business-to-business data. California does not, so a California work email carries full notice and opt-out rights. This is not legal advice.
The second thing that is national rather than local is the partner motion. Co-selling and marketplace transactions are now the default route for partner-led software sales here. Omdia forecasts enterprise software sold through the AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud marketplaces rising from $30 billion in 2024 to $163 billion by 2030, and Microsoft cites that research for its estimate that 60% of cloud business on Microsoft Marketplace will be channel-led by 2030. AWS links a Marketplace private offer to a co-sell opportunity inside Partner Central. Microsoft multiparty private offers let a software company and a channel partner build one offer together, and for a customer with an Azure consumption commitment a co-sell eligible purchase counts against that commitment. Salesforce folded AppExchange, the Slack Marketplace and Agentforce into a single AgentExchange in April 2026. Marketing has to feed each of those programs separately.
The third is where the buyers sit and how they now research. US B2B technology demand concentrates in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Boston, Austin, Dallas, Seattle, Northern Virginia and Washington DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and Miami, with Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Minneapolis holding enough enterprise buying to deserve their own account maps. Each metro reads the same message differently, which is why our city and state pages carry that local detail and this page does not repeat it. What stays constant is the research path. Forrester's The State Of Business Buying, 2026, drawn from a survey of nearly 18,000 business buyers, reports that 94% use AI during the buying process, and 6sense found 94% of buying groups had ranked preferred vendors before first contact. National work is what makes you describable to those assistants.

Local plays
How we run b2b marketing agency in United States.
AI assistant and search visibility
Assistants can only cite what is written plainly and publicly, so we move the claims, commercial model, integrations, security posture and named customers out of gated PDFs and onto indexable pages, review platforms and partner directories. Forrester found twice as many buyers name generative AI or conversational search a more meaningful information source than name vendor websites, product experts or sales.
Content written for the committee
A typical US decision now involves 13 internal stakeholders and nine external influencers, so we write separately for finance, security, legal and the operating team instead of arming a single champion. Each group gets the artifact it actually needs: a cost case, a security posture page, a data processing summary and a workflow walkthrough. That shortens the internal business case.
Marketplace and co-sell demand
We build the content each partner program needs: a Marketplace listing written for procurement rather than engineers, a co-sell opportunity narrative for AWS Partner Central, a multiparty private offer story for Microsoft channel partners, and separate material for AgentExchange and Oracle Cloud Marketplace private offers, since most US integrators carry several badges at once.
Multi-state compliant outbound
Sequences are built state by state. Email follows CAN-SPAM, calls and texts follow the TCPA and the mini-TCPA statutes in Florida, Oklahoma and Texas, and California contacts are treated as fully in scope because the CCPA's business-to-business exemption expired on 1 January 2023. Suppression syncs across tools, and counsel reviews anything with calls or SMS. This is not legal advice.
Event-anchored quarters
We anchor quarters to the rooms where your buyers already are. Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo runs at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando from 19 to 22 October 2026, and AWS re:Invent runs across the Las Vegas Strip from 30 November to 4 December 2026. Pre-event account lists, on-site meeting sequences and post-event follow-up run as one campaign, not three.

Rules of the road. Outreach that stays compliant.
Privacy and outreach
Three layers of rule constrain US outbound and they do not line up neatly. Federal: CAN-SPAM governs commercial email, has no business-to-business exemption, and requires accurate headers, a valid physical postal address and an opt-out honored within 10 business days. The TCPA, at 47 USC 227, governs calls and texts; most of the FCC's revised consent rules took effect on 11 April 2025, and the remaining revoke-all requirement, which treats a revocation sent in reply to one type of message as applying to all future robocalls and robotexts from that caller, is now set for 31 January 2027. State privacy: twenty state comprehensive privacy laws were in force during 2026, with Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island joining on 1 January 2026, and four more were enacted during 2026, taking the enacted total to 24. Louisiana and Oklahoma take effect on 1 January 2027, Alabama on 1 May 2027 and Vermont on 1 January 2028, and all four exclude personal data processed in employment and business-to-business contexts, as nearly every state law outside California does. California remains the exception: the CCPA's B2B and employee exemptions expired on 1 January 2023, so a California resident's work email, direct dial and job title carry the same notice, opt-out and deletion rights as consumer data, registered data brokers must process deletion requests from the state's DROP platform at least every 45 days from 1 August 2026, and new CCPA regulations on automated decision-making technology, risk assessments and cybersecurity audits applied from 1 January 2026. State telemarketing: the mini-TCPA statutes bite hardest on calls and SMS. Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act requires prior express written consent for unsolicited sales calls and texts made with an automated system, and since the amendment signed on 25 May 2023 a recipient must reply STOP and wait 15 days before suing. Oklahoma's Telephone Solicitation Act of 2022, in force since 1 November 2022, carries a private right of action for the greater of actual damages or $500, trebled for willful violations. Texas SB 140, effective 1 September 2025, pulled text and image messages into the state's telephone solicitation rules. Pending: the CLARITY Act and a long queue of state bills are not yet law and should be tracked rather than planned around. None of this is legal advice; have counsel review any US sequence that includes calls or SMS, and any list built on purchased California data.
Buyer notes
US B2B buyers now start in an AI assistant and finish with a human. Forrester's The State Of Business Buying, 2026, built on a Buyers' Journey Survey of nearly 18,000 global business buyers, reports that 94% of business buyers use AI during the buying process, that twice as many name generative AI or conversational search as a more meaningful information source than name any other source, ahead of vendor websites, product experts and sales, and that a typical decision now involves 13 internal stakeholders and nine external influencers. Gartner found in May 2026 that 69% of B2B buyers turn to sales reps to validate AI-generated insights, so the assistant sets the shortlist and the rep confirms it. TrustRadius's 2026 B2B Buying Disconnect, from 1,862 technology buyers surveyed in January 2026, found 63% used AI during the purchase, 94% of those fact-check what it tells them at least sometimes, 74% use reviews, and analyst report usage has fallen to 13%. 6sense's 2025 Buyer Experience Report, from more than 4,000 buyers, found 94% of buying groups had ranked preferred vendors before first contact and bought from that early favorite 77% of the time. Act on it this way. First, be describable: assistants can only cite what is written plainly and publicly, so the claims, commercial model, integrations, security posture and named customers have to sit on indexable pages, review platforms and partner directories, not inside gated PDFs. Second, publish the proof the buyer uses to check the machine, because Forrester found more than 60% of buyers purchase some form of trial, from limited pilots to paid sandboxes, which makes a trial path a demand generation asset rather than only a sales motion. Third, write for the committee, not the champion: separate material for finance, security, legal and the operating team shortens the internal business case. Fourth, treat category presence as continuous rather than campaign-shaped, because the shortlist is usually set before anyone fills in a form. On coverage, the metros listed above carry most US B2B technology demand, and the obvious gaps in that list are Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Minneapolis, each of which holds enough enterprise buying to deserve its own account map.

B2B marketing agency nearby
B2B marketing agency in United States. Common questions.
Still unsure? Ask us directly.
What does a B2B marketing agency actually do?
It owns the demand side of a technology business: positioning and messaging, the website and the indexable content an AI assistant can quote, category and search presence, campaigns by segment, outbound sequences, partner and marketplace content, and the reporting that ties all of it back to pipeline. In the United States the hard part is coordination, because a single decision now pulls in 13 internal stakeholders and nine external influencers.
How do we choose a B2B marketing agency in the United States?
Ask three things. Can they show work in your category rather than a logo wall. Do they understand the partner motion you sell through, since marketplace and co-sell content is now a separate discipline from campaign work. And will they own multi-state outbound compliance themselves rather than leaving it with you. Then ask to see the reporting they would send in month three, before you sign anything.
Is cold B2B outbound legal in the United States?
Commercial email is governed federally by CAN-SPAM, which has no business-to-business exemption and requires accurate headers, a valid physical postal address and an opt-out honored within 10 business days. Calls and texts fall under the TCPA and state mini-TCPA statutes, including those in Florida, Oklahoma and Texas. Most state privacy laws exclude business-to-business data, but California's exemption expired on 1 January 2023. This is not legal advice.
How has AI search changed B2B marketing?
Forrester's 2026 study of nearly 18,000 business buyers found 94% use AI during the buying process, and 6sense found 94% of buying groups had ranked preferred vendors before first contact and bought from that early favorite 77% of the time. The practical change is that the shortlist forms before anyone fills in a form, so category presence has to be continuous and everything quotable has to be public.
Do you work with channel partners and cloud marketplaces?
Yes, and we treat it as its own motion. A Marketplace listing is read by procurement, not engineers, so it needs different copy from your website. AWS links a private offer to a co-sell opportunity in Partner Central, Microsoft multiparty private offers let you and a channel partner build one offer together, and Salesforce merged AppExchange, the Slack Marketplace and Agentforce into AgentExchange in April 2026.
Where is the team based?
Our US entity is in San Jose, with a UAE entity in Dubai and the delivery team in Hyderabad. That gives you US working hours for strategy and client contact, and a production team that turns content, landing pages and campaign assets around overnight. For national programs we run one account map across the metros rather than a separate agency in every city.
